Under the Maple, LLC is a garden education, consulting, and design business in West Chester, PA. We work with homeowners and community groups to create beautiful and functional landscapes.

We’ll meet you in your yard, learn about your unique needs and preferences, and recommend flowers, shrubs and trees that will thrive in your space. Garden design, plant care advice, and plant sourcing services are available.

Under the Maple, LLC also offers garden education programs, both online and in-person.

Our People

Eileen Hazard M.S. is the owner of Under the Maple, LLC. Eileen has worked in gardening, environmental education, and public engagement in Pennsylvania and Delaware for the past 20 years. Eileen enjoys native plant gardening at her Chester County home, and volunteering on the executive board of the Native Roots Farm Foundation. She looks forward to working with you!
